I have lost my proof card.  Can I get another?

YES!  Please contact us by email with the name of the

school and class and a detailed description of your

child. We can then email you a copy of your

proof card.

I have missed the 'order before' deadline.  

Can I still order?

YES!  Orders can be placed online for up to a

year after the image was taken.  To order from

photographs taken earlier, please contact our partner printers directly on 01730 264213. 

The order before deadline applies to the free postage.

I have ordered.  How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 7 days of receipt, often sooner.

How do I know if you have received my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number.  Please check all your mail boxes (including SPAM)!

When does my school receive their fundraising commission?

Commission is transferred after the 'order before' date has passed and before the end of the term.
